Voltotrix ships from our warehouse in Hong Kong to customers across Europe. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping
Delivery within 5–10 business days. The cost is €4.90 per order, or free on all orders over €50.
Express Shipping
Delivery within 2–4 business days. The cost is €9.90 per order.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT (Hong Kong Time) on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to follow your parcel in real time via the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
As our shipments originate from Hong Kong, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@voltotrix.com) before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
Product Warranty
All Voltotrix products come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For warranty claims, please contact us at info@voltotrix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, cables, and packaging included. Products that show signs of physical damage or misuse cannot be accepted for return.
